We are seeking a Service Technician II for a 142-unit apartment community located in Plano, TX. The rate is $23.00 - $24.00 per hour as an hourly non-exempt position, with monthly renewal bonuses in addition to base pay.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing a range of maintenance issues, from A/C and heating to electrical, plumbing, appliances, and structural elements. Benefits are provided, with on-call rotations and weekend requirements as needed.
