Fairfield is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more, while supervising outside contractors and ensuring safety and compliance. You will respond to requests promptly and help maintain community amenities and curb appeal.
The role requires 2+ years in property maintenance, an EPA HVAC license (Type II or Universal), and a CPO certification; a driver's license may be required.
