WhatYou'll Do
- Perform service, startup, troubleshooting, warranty, and repair work on a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and repair systems including:
- RTUs (3-150 Tons)
- VAV & VFD Systems
- Gas & Electric Unit Heaters
- Mini-Splits & Split Systems
- VRF Systems
- Air-Cooled & Water-Cooled Chillers
- Respond to service calls professionally and efficiently while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment across various manufacturers and system types.
- Mentor and assist entry-level and mid-level technicians to support their professional growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all customer concerns are addressed before leaving the job site.
- Maintain accurate service reports, invoices, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding customer feedback, project updates, and service issues.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and support emergency service needs during evenings and weekends.
- Follow all company safety standards and maintain proper PPE usage at all times.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- Extensive experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical, controls, and building automation systems.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Social Security Number.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to push, pull, carry, and maneuver heavier equipment with assistance or proper equipment.
- Comfortable working from heights, climbing ladders, and accessing confined spaces.
- Capable of working in various commercial and industrial environments.
