Load and transport equipment and supplies to job sites based on work orders;
Explain processes to customers using printed materials and guide next steps to resolution;
Perform water damage repair including water extraction, pack-out of contents, and light construction as directed;
Prepare documentation and photos to ensure insurance reimbursement and obtain customer signatures on completion
