$30–$40/hr + Spiffs | $70K–$100K+ Potential | Local Collin County Routes

We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose and repair residential systems and provide homeowners with a professional service experience.

• $70K–$100K+ realistic annual earning potential with hourly pay and performance incentives
• Take-home company vehicle and gas card
• Service calls kept within Collin County
• Consistent residential service work throughout the year
• Flexible on-call expectations

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

On-call participation is flexible and can be discussed based on your preferences and experience.

• Troubleshoot residential HVAC systems and determine appropriate repairs
• Complete service and repair work accurately and efficiently
• Perform maintenance and system evaluations
• Explain findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners
  
  Maintain a professional customer experience from arrival through completion of the call
• Follow company standards for quality, safety, and workmanship

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience required
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Solid mechanical knowledge and hands-on repair skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Own standard HVAC hand tools
• Ability to work independently in residential settings

NATE certification is a plus.
