Apprentice Pest Technician

All-Safe Pest & Termite seeks an Apprentice Pest Technician to join our family-oriented, customer-first team. In this field role, you'll receive paid training to inspect homes and businesses, identify pest activity, and apply eco-friendly treatments for termites, rodents, mosquitoes, and more. You'll drive a company vehicle, follow strict safety and label guidelines, and use mobile tools to document work. Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial pest inspections to identify pest activity and conditions
• Apply eco-friendly pest and termite treatments according to company and regulatory standards
• Drive and maintain a company service vehicle safely and professionally
• Document services, findings, and recommendations in routing/field software
• Communicate treatment plans and preventative tips to customers with professionalism
• Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and label directions at all times
• Assist senior technicians while completing paid apprenticeship training
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to build technical skills
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in clean, safe working order
• Support team members and uphold All-Safe's customer-first, integrity-focused culture
