Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot boilers, heating systems, and other related mechanical components.
Manage HVAC-related projects efficiently within deadlines and budget constraints.
Operate and maintain Building Management Systems for enhanced building performance.
Conduct painting and carpentry work as it relates to HVAC installation and repair.
Understand and implement Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Use design software such as AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit for system planning.
Work on plumbing systems, ensuring they operate correctly within HVAC installations.
Necessary
Skills:
Strong foundation in construction and mechanical systems.
Expertise in boilers, ventilation, refrigerants, and plumbing systems related to HVAC.
Proficiency in project management and energy management.
Ability to operate various control systems, including those related to fire alarms and fire and life safety.
Understanding of the principles involved in refrigeration, electrical equipment, and cooling towers.
Comprehension of engineering design processes and safety training practices
