Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in electrical systems and working knowledge of plumbing and general building maintenance. This role is responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical issues, maintaining plumbing systems, and performing day-to-day upkeep across all facility operations. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, safety‑oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities
  • Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, including panels, wiring, lighting, motors, and control systems.
  • Perform routine plumbing maintenance, such as repairing leaks, clearing drains, replacing fixtures, and troubleshooting water supply systems.
  • Handle a variety of general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, door hardware, and minor HVAC maintenance
  • Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all electrical and plumbing work complies with applicable codes and safety standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
  • Conduct routine inspections of building systems and equipment to identify issues before they become critical.
  • Maintain logs and documentation of all maintenance work, inspections, and repairs.
  • Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations.
  • Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotations for emergency repairs as needed.
