Collin Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who wants strong earning potential without spending hours driving from one side of a large territory to the other.

As a Senior Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing residential HVAC issues and delivering quality repairs while maintaining a positive customer experience.

You’ll:

• Diagnose residential heating and cooling system problems
• Troubleshoot equipment and determine the proper repair
• Complete HVAC service and repair work efficiently and correctly
• Perform maintenance and system evaluations
• Explain system issues, repair recommendations, and options to homeowners
• Document completed work and maintain service records
• Maintain a professional customer experience on every call
• Follow company safety, quality, and workmanship standards
• Work independently while managing your daily service schedule

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Solid mechanical knowledge and hands‑on repair ability
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in residential homes
• Own standard HVAC hand tools

NATE certification is a plus.

On-call participation is flexible. Technicians can participate in the rotation for additional hourly compensation, or discuss an opt‑out arrangement.
