CROSS X SB AND S INC is looking for a motivated Sign Crew Trainee to join our growing team in Plano, TX! This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to learn the sign installation trade from the ground up and build a rewarding career in the industry. • Assist experienced sign crew members with the installation, repair, and removal of commercial signage
• Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of crew leads
• Help with loading, unloading, and transporting sign materials and equipment
• Prepare job sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on job sites
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles and job sites
• Learn sign mounting techniques, electrical basics, and hardware installation

• No prior experience required — full on-the-job training provided
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to job site safety
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
