Hopes Door in Plano (Plano Location) is seeking a Shelter Crisis Advocate to provide support to Crisis Line callers and Shelter residents at the Garland and Plano shelters. The role focuses on safety, empowerment, and mental health through advocacy, crisis intervention, and supportive services.
The advocate will respond to crises on the 24-hour Crisis Line, maintain records, coordinate with staff, and assist with transportation and client needs.
