Job Title:

Full Stack .NET Developer with Mongo

DB Experience

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust web applications across both the front‑end and back‑end using the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API).
• Implement RESTful APIs and ensure data interaction between front‑end and back‑end components.
• Develop and maintain Mongo
  
  DB databases, including data modeling, indexing, query optimization and performance tuning.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts, to define/refine project requirements and deliver high‑quality software—outspoken, willing to step up and take things instead of waiting to be told what to do.

• 8+ years of experience as a full‑stack .NET developer.
• 3+ years of experience with No
  
  SQL databases such as Mongo
  
  DB.
• Strong skills in cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—outspoken, willing to step up and take things instead of waiting to be told what to do.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Starting hourly range:
55 to 60 MAX (HOURLY RATE 55TO 60 MAX). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
