- Hybrid full‑time opportunity located in Plano, TX 75024 or Nashville, TN 37219.
The .Net Developer will be responsible for building and enhancing our in‑house applications using C# and VC++, including everything from back‑end services to front‑end interfaces. The role involves designing and developing various modules and coordinating with teammates who work on different layers of the applications. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and a high‑quality product is essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Translate application user stories and use cases into functional application modules.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# and VC++ code.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
- Develop new tools/modules that improve clinician productivity and enhance patient care.
- Enhance analytics software components to support better revenue collection.
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to deliver efficient operational software solutions.
- Enhance current iOS and Android applications used by field personnel and physicians, adding new functionalities that improve patient care.
- Perform data modeling to ensure solutions cover various business and operational scenarios.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of C# and VC++, with a solid understanding of their ecosystems.
- Familiarity with the .NET framework.
- Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming.
- Skill for writing reusable libraries and clear, readable code.
- Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
- Ability to create database schemas that support business processes.
- Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (CVS, VSS, or TFS).
- EMR and Claims knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
Salary: $105,000 per year (depending on experience level).
