We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in AI/ML Engineering to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, with a focus on designing and implementing AI and machine learning solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and enhancing our product offerings through advanced technology.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications with a focus on AI/ML functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into our projects.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability of software solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and maintenance.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices for future reference.

• Proven experience in AI/ML Engineering, including hands on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML Engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
