Full Stack Engineer

Duration: 12 Months (Possible extensions)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java-based enterprise applications and modern full-stack technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-complexity, system-level applications while ensuring performance, security, and scalability. This role requires hands-on development experience across backend, frontend, databases, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, develop, and unit test enterprise-level applications based on business requirements and design documents
• Build and maintain scalable full-stack solutions across backend and frontend layers
• Resolve defects identified during testing cycles and production support
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Monitor application performance and optimize for reliability and scalability
• Identify and remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities
• Implement Application Performance Management (APM) and observability practices
• Participate throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements, development, deployment, and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in Java enterprise development
• Strong experience with:
• Java, Spring Boot
• Python
• SQL
• Angular
• AWS services
• Experience with debugging tools and performance optimization
• Knowledge of application security and vulnerability management
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies
• Strong knowledge of application servers, databases, and system architecture
• Experience working on large-scale, high-complexity systems

Preferred Technical Exposure:

Experience with one or more of the following:

• J2EE, EJB
• Oracle, Sybase, SQL databases
• MQ Series
• C, C++, ASP, Power Builder, Visual Basic

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Professional certifications are a plus
• 10+ years of overall software development experience preferred
• Strong IT background with experience on enterprise-scale projects.
