SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer who can own features end‑to‑end—from technical design through production rollout—across a modern, high‑impact engineering environment. This role requires deep expertise across frontend, backend, and API development, with strong ownership, architectural leadership, and cross‑functional communication.
Key Responsibilities- Own end‑to‑end feature delivery: design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Build client‑side and mobile experiences using React and React Native.
- Develop backend services using Java (Java 21 + Spring Boot).
- Design and implement APIs using Graph
QL and REST. - Work within the Azure ecosystem (Azure Dev Ops for repositories and pipelines; Dev Ops expertise not required).
- Lead architectural discussions, design reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
- Own and improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and observability.
- Operate within high‑autonomy, self‑managed POD teams while collaborating across product, design, analytics, and business.
- Expertise with React / React Native.
- Senior‑level proficiency in Java (Spring Boot).
- Strong understanding of API architecture, Graph
QL schema design, and REST standards. - Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
- Familiarity with SQL (Postgres) and No
SQL (Mongo
DB). - Comfort working in fast‑moving, cross‑functional, high‑autonomy environments.
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $60.00 /hour. As a non‑exempt position, this role will be eligible for overtime, at 1.5 times the base rate, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
