Java Integration Developer EIS V12; Exigen

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior EIS / Java Integration Developer to lead the customization and technical configuration of the EIS (Exigen Insurance Solutions) V12 platform. This role bridges the gap between core product functionality and client-specific needs, utilizing a robust Java/Spring/Hibernate stack to build, test, and deploy integrated insurance solutions. You will be responsible for defining high-level technical designs, managing complex configurations, and ensuring seamless data flow between EIS and external enterprise systems.

• Product Customization:
  Design and automate business configurations within the EIS V12 environment to meet specific insurance domain requirements.
• Full-Stack Development:
  Leverage Java/J2EE, Spring, and JPA/Hibernate to develop scalable backend components and custom integration logic.
• Technical Upgrades:
  Manage and execute both minor and major software upgrades, maintaining system integrity across the EIS lifecycle.
• System Connectivity:
  Architect and implement integration touchpoints, ensuring that non-complex components interface correctly with external data sources.
• Documentation & Diagrams:
  Develop application context diagrams, technical specifications, and detailed solution designs to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Reusable Assets:
  Identify and build reusable components to optimize future project implementations and improve overall delivery quality.

• Validation:
  Perform rigorous unit testing (functional and integration) to ensure all features align with the original product specifications.
• Deployment Management:
  Oversee deployment activities, reviewing deliverables against checklists and performing mock tests to guarantee production stability.
• Mentorship:
  Provide technical guidance and specialized EIS training to junior analysts and team members.
