We’re looking for an AI‑Augmented Software Engineer who thrives at the intersection of modern software engineering and intelligent automation. In this forward‑deployed role, you’ll build high‑quality applications and internal tools, partnering closely with product and engineering teams - and supercharging your development workflow using AI copilots, agents, and automated tooling.

• Build high‑quality, scalable software solutions using modern engineering best practices.
• Apply AI copilots, automated agents, and LLM‑based tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and system design.
• Develop and maintain services, APIs, and applications across our technology stack.
• Create internal AI‑powered automations, scripts, and tools that boost developer productivity and reduce operational overhead.
• Translate product requirements into clear, elegant technical solutions

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross‑functional teams from concept to production.
• Use AI‑driven insights to evaluate architectural options and guide system‑level decisions.
• Contribute to architectural reviews, design documents, and technical discussions.
• Improve reliability and performance with unit tests, AI‑assisted test generation, and CI/CD pipelines

• Stay current with emerging AI tools and engineering trends - and help influence how we adopt them.

• 1+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python, C#, Type Script/Java Script , or similar languages.
• Experience using or integrating AI development tools (LLM‑based assistants, automated testing tools, vector DBs, embedding models).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud‑native development
  .
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
  , and modern Dev Ops practices.
• Collaborative, curious, and energized by continuous learning - especially around AI and automation.

• Experience fine‑tuning LLMs, building AI agents
  , or developing prompt‑driven applications
  .
• Knowledge of MLOps
  , RAG systems, or multimodal AI integration.
• Background in data engineering or applied machine learning.
• Contributions to open‑source or AI developer communities.
