Salesforce Developer

Overview

At least 10 years of experience with 8 years in Salesforce development.

Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring high quality development and adherence to best practices.

Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and system architecture.

Oversee the development, customization, and deployment of Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integrations.

Design and manage integrations with third‑party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

Monitor and optimize Salesforce platform performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.

Work closely with business teams, product managers, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement Dev Ops and CI/CD practices.

Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.

• Hands‑on experience in Salesforce objects configuration, Apex classes, Apex triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, JavaScript batch/scheduled/queueable Apex, test classes, workflows, approval process, assignment rules, process builder, flow, REST API, SOAP API, Lightning components, app builder configuration.
• 3+ years of LWC experience.
• Platform Developer 2 certification.
• Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee development and deployment of Salesforce components.
• Design and manage integrations.
• Optimize platform performance.
• Ensure security and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders.
• Lead code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Mentor and train the development team.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops, CI/CD, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset).
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Events.
