Salesforce Developer

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience with 8 years in Salesforce development.

• Hands on Experience in Salesforce Objects Configuration, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visual Force, Java Script Batch/Scheduled/Queueable Apex, Test Classes, Workflows, Approval Process, Assignment Rules, Process Builder, Flow, REST API, SOAP API, Lightning Components, App Builder Configuration.
• Must have 3+ years of LWC experience.
• Must have Platform Developer 2 certification.

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring high quality development and adherence to best practices.
• Architecture & Design:
  Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and system architecture.
• Development & Implementation:
  Oversee the development, customization, and deployment of Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integrations.
• Integration & Data Management:
  Design and manage integrations with third party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Performance Optimization:
  Monitor and optimize Salesforce platform performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Security & Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
• Stakeholder
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with business teams, product managers, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Code Reviews & Best Practices:
  Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement Dev Ops and CI/CD practices.

Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to the Salesforce development tea.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits.
• Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops, CI/CD, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset).
• Hands on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Events.
