Technical Skills

- 3-4 Years of experience developing automations with Python
- Greater depth in core Python and libraries as above
- Experience with Django, Flask or FastAPI
- Experience in crafting and optimizing Python scripts for data processing, monitoring and workflow automation
- Hands‑on in CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins), branching strategies, code review and release management
- Linux environment and system monitoring
- Working with relational databases, SQL optimization and schema evolution
- Strong communication with users to understand operations research methods for complex problems
- Ability to collaborate with product managers and clients, present technical solutions and translate requirements into deliverables
- Capacity to scope, estimate, break down tasks and manage sprint commitments
- Knowledge of automated testing (PyTest, Selenium)
- Background in operations research/optimization (scheduling, VM allocation)
- Experience with AWS cloud platforms
- Security best practices: vulnerability scanning
- Knowledge of automation tools such as RPA Blue Prism or RPA Power Automate
- End‑to‑end software development across design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance
- Understand and extend existing complex Python‑based codebases, add new features, automations and maintain quality, performance, scalability and security
- Write, maintain and optimize Python scripts for data processing, system monitoring and workflow automation
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, enforce code review standards, optimize build/test/deploy workflows and manage releases
- Work on Linux environment and monitoring
- Integrate system interfaces (APIs, event‑driven, batch processes)
- Model relational databases, optimize SQL queries and conduct performance tuning
- Collaborate with product managers and clients to present solutions and translate requirements to delivery plans
- Scope work, estimate effort, break tasks, and manage sprint commitments
- Design and implement automated testing to ensure software quality
Base Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
