Senior Salesforce Technical Lead

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Plano, Texas.

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
• Provide detailed level‑of‑effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.
• Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including development of custom solutions and interfaces, managing technical scope and client expectation, and maintaining system integrity.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides.
• Lead and manage end‑to‑end Salesforce projects.
• Design and develop customizations using the  developer toolkit.
• Architect, design, and develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming.
• Establish and maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, access levels, and sharing rules.
• Perform data migration and maintain data quality using standard Salesforce data tools.
• Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring code and design quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and prioritize project backlogs.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and new technologies and leverage them to bring business benefits.
• Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with the company’s business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve and further optimize the system.
• Perform code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used.
• Provide mentorship and supervise the development team.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities.
• Design and implement Salesforce‑based systems and applications to meet business requirements.
• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and ensure best practices in development and integration are followed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope while maintaining high technical standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to business stakeholders to ensure effective use of Salesforce for their needs.

• 12+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and integrations with various systems; 6+ years experience working as a Salesforce Technical Lead.
• 4+ years experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV); 2+ years experience in the Amazon Connect ecosystem (application, telephony, routing, AI, and Dev Ops layers).
• 6+ years experience in Salesforce architecture, services, and security model.
• 6+ years experience in the Salesforce Development Toolkit (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.); experience with Databricks.
• 6+ years experience in Salesforce’s data model, including custom objects, junction objects, and other model items.
• 5+ years experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.

• Platform Developer I
• Certified Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
