About the role:
This role requires experience implementing AI, AI-MCP. Artificial Intelligence is the focus along with both front and back‑end development.
Experience with React, Next.js, Graph
QL, Java, Redis, noSQL databases, Kafka, CDN (ex: Akamai), AI tools, AI‑MCP, and public cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) is also a must. Deep knowledge of full‑stack application development using React/Next.js, Graph
QL, and Java is required, as is experience implementing and leveraging AI tools in production environments.
This position directs and manages Web engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, testing, and launching new and existing consumer product features. The ideal candidate has at least 10+ years managing full‑stack software engineering teams.

Establish, optimize, and standardize engineering workflows, driving continuous improvement in efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
- Hands‑On Technical Leadership:
Actively participate in prototyping, researching, and coding scalable, consumer‑facing systems. - Technology Advancement:
Continuously evaluate and advocate for cutting‑edge tools and technologies to enhance engineering efficiency and future readiness. - Full Stack Contribution:
Contribute to development across the entire stack, including Frontend (React.js, Next.js) and Backend (Java, Node.js, REST, Graph
QL). - Quality Assurance:
Participate in code reviews, operational reviews, technical discussions, and troubleshooting sessions to uphold the highest development standards. - Technical Mentorship:
Coach, mentor, and set high standards for technical excellence and architectural rigor.
- Experience with React, Next.js, Graph

QL, and Java. - Hands‑on engineering experience with a strong empathy for developers and a drive to promote engineering happiness and productivity.
- Experience implementing and leveraging AI tools in production environments.
- A track record of operational excellence, demonstrated through management of code quality, code reviews, test coverage, and automation.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science with 12+ years of software engineering experience, or a master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Background in software design, development, and large‑scale system engineering.
- Experience implementing AI solutions and familiarity with test automation frameworks and technologies.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and design solutions for Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
- Proven ability to engage in technical design and architectural discussions.
- Commitment to ensuring team satisfaction and productivity.
- Ability to help mitigate risks (technical, product, personnel) and participate in engineering work groups and on‑call rotations to ensure service availability.

Salary Range: $174,100 to $261,100 USD annually, with a discretionary quarterly premium pay in addition to base salary.
