Whatwe are looking for
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer in the End User Productivity team with strong knowledge in enterprise Unified Communication and Collaboration experiences. This role includes developer capabilities to extend, automate, and optimize our enterprise collaboration and voice ecosystem. This role partners closely with Unified Communications engineers to create solutions that improve user experience, streamline operations, and integrate cloud services across Microsoft, AWS, and internal platforms.
Whatyou will be doing
- Design and develop integrations across Microsoft Teams, M365, Microsoft Graph, CoPilot Studio, CoPilot Agents, AWS Connect, AWS Bedrock, and other internal systems
- Build workflows and automations using Power Automate, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, and Graph API
- Develop scripts and tools for provisioning, monitoring, and reporting (Power Shell, Python, Node.js, etc.)
- Create dashboards, insights, and automated data pipelines using Power BI and relevant APIs
- Partner with UC engineers on voice, meetings, and collaboration to enhance both front‑end and back‑end experiences
- Build and maintain conversational AI or bot solutions via Bedrock, Copilot, and Azure bot frameworks
- Participate in architectural design for new UC features and automation frameworks
- Support incident response by creating tools that improve diagnostics, visibility, and reduce resolution time
- Maintain documentation for automations, integrations, and API‑based services
- 1+ years of experience developing on AWS services (Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock)
- 1+ years of experience creating workflows with Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar
- 1+ years of experience with scripting/programming in Power Shell, Python, or Java Script
- Hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Graph API, Teams Admin Center, and Teams voice principles
- Familiarity with enterprise UC concepts (SIP, SBCs, call routing, QoS, device management)
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI
- Understanding of cloud architecture patterns, identity, and security principles
- 1+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
- Familiarity with security best practices in application development.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Azure AI, or SharePoint integration.
- Exposure to contact center engineering.
- Experience with Teams Rooms or meeting room technologies.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices (CI/CD, Git Hub Actions, code pipelines).
