NTT DATA is looking for a Salesforce Senior Technical Lead with Amazon Connect experience to join our team in Plano. The role involves overseeing technical aspects of Salesforce solutions development and implementation, requiring strong Salesforce background, development experience, and leadership skills.

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
• Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate benefits, risks, feasibility and functionality.
• Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Lead technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including custom solution development, managing technical scope and client expectations, and maintaining system integrity.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation: design specifications, deployment guides, system support guides.
• Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects.
• Design and develop customizations using  developer toolkit.
• Architect, design, and develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming.
• Establish and maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, access levels, and sharing rules.
• Perform data migration and maintain data quality using standard Salesforce data tools.
• Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring code and design quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and prioritize project backlogs.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and new technologies, leveraging them to bring business benefits.
• Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with the company's business processes and continually improve and optimize the system.
• Perform code reviews to ensure highest quality and appropriate design patterns.
• Provide mentorship and supervise development team.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities.
• Design and implement Salesforce-based systems and applications to meet business requirements.
• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and ensure best practices in development and integration are followed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, while maintaining high technical standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to business stakeholders to ensure effective use of Salesforce for their needs.

• 12+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and integrations with various systems.
• 6+ years experience working as a Salesforce Technical Lead.
• 5+ years experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
• 5+ years experience with Amazon Connect ecosystem (application, telephony, routing, AI, and Dev Ops layers).
• 6+ years experience in Salesforce architecture, services, and security model.
• 6+ years experience in Salesforce Development Toolkit (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.).
• 6+ years experience in Salesforce’s data model and creating custom objects, junction objects, and other model items.
• 5+ years experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
• Experience in Databricks.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.

• Platform Developer I
• Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
