Job Description:
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience (minimum), with 2+ years in a Lead role
- Strong in API Development & Integration
- Strong understanding of Generative AI Fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI/ML
- Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering with LLMs
- Experience with Git Hub
- Hands-on experience in Agentic AI (real-time implementation, Tech Lead level)
- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, planning, and decision-making in real-world applications
- Build and orchestrate agent workflows using frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and similar modern agent tooling
- Integrate AI agents with external systems including APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms to enable end-to-end task execution
- Develop advanced prompt engineering strategies, memory architectures, and tool-use capabilities for reliable agent behaviors
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI agents in production environments, ensuring scalability, robustness, and observability
- Optimize agent performance across latency, cost, and reliability metrics
- Debug, evaluate, and continuously improve agent decision-making through testing, logging, and feedback loops
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to embed AI agents into business-critical workflows
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code primarily in Python (experience with backend systems and APIs strongly preferred)
- Stay current with emerging agent frameworks, LLM capabilities, and best practices in applied AI systems
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents into production (not just prototypes or demos)
- Strong experience with agent frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or equivalent ecosystems)
- Familiarity with LLM providers and tools such as Git Hub Copilot or Claude
- Experience with distributed systems, async processing, and production monitoring/logging tools
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design, and API development
