We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant with a strong background in Selenium to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing and automation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on best practices in automation testing.

• Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored consultancy services.
• Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of software applications to ensure quality and performance.
• Provide training and support to client teams on Selenium best practices and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing and Selenium.

• Strong expertise in Selenium Web Driver and related tools.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of software development and testing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in software testing and automation consultancy.
• Certifications in Selenium or related testing frameworks are a plus.
