Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and solutions across testing, operational workflows, and business processes.

* Serve as a technical subject matter expert for automation solutions supporting business-critical applications and processes.

* Lead automation development efforts across the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, support, and optimization.

* Build automation for UI, API, integration, regression, data validation, and business process workflows.

* Evaluate and implement modern automation tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve efficiency and reliability.

* Contribute to automation strategy, standards, engineering best practices, and technology roadmaps.

* Partner with business stakeholders, QA teams, developers, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities.

* Troubleshoot complex technical issues across applications, frameworks, and automation platforms.

* Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote a culture of ownership, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.

* 5+ years of professional experience in software development, automation engineering, analysis, and coding.

* 3+ years of experience working with complex systems, architectures, or application structures.

* Proficiency across the software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices.

* Strong development skills in one or more programming languages or frameworks, such as C#, JavaScript, or Java.
