Middleware Engineer

Contract Details:

Duration: 18 Month W2 Contract
Location: Plano, TX | Pennington, NJ | Jacksonville, FL
Required Pay Scale: $65-$73/hour

Responsibilities:

Middleware side - global host for wholesale banking
Running Jboss - upgrading from Jboss 7 to 8 - real Jboss EAP is needed
Supporting production and BAU work
Pivoting to containers

Qualifications:

7+ years of Java/J2EE experience and true middleware engineering
Java/J2EE
Web Sphere, Tomcat, Apache
JBOSS EAP (enterprise application platform) - proven experience using JBoss on an enterprise level
Openshift and configuration in containers (Ansible playbooks, public cloud experience)
Gitbucket, Jenkins
Focus on Linux
