Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Agentic AI Development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing advanced AI systems, particularly in the areas of Large Language Models (LLMs), Foundation Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and Knowledge Systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Agentic AI Systems and the ability to translate complex requirements into effective AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI systems that leverage LLMs and Foundation Models.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Implement RAG techniques to enhance knowledge systems and improve AI performance.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.
• Optimize existing AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Document processes, methodologies, and best practices for AI development.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations.

Mandatory

Skills:

• Proven experience in Agentic AI Development.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs and Foundation Models.
• Experience with RAG and Knowledge Systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
• LLM Architecture Selection, Prompt Engineering Optimization Agent Architecture Design, Multi Agent Orchestration, Agent Memory State Management

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Agentic AI Development.
• Proven track record of successful AI project delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
