• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, based on information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders
• Craft high‑ and low‑level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality
• Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications
• Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements
• Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure, and introduction of new software applications, to ensure their efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules
• Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions
• Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents and establish monitoring protocols
• Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing the successful execution of projects
• Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available
• Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and provide insights on prospective influence of new technologies
• Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions

• Experience in full‑stack software engineering with proficiency in Java and Angular
• Proficiency in Python programming
• Experience building and scaling applications on AWS
• Experience in AWS core services like EC2, SNS, SQS, Lambda and Cloud Watch
• Experience and good knowledge of technologies like Spring, Spring Boot and Angular

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and test automation frameworks
• Experience with Git Lab, Terraform

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
