• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders
• Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality
• Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications
• Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements
• Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure, and introduction of new software applications, to ensure their efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions
• Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents and establish monitoring protocols
• Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing the successful execution of projects
• Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available
• Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and provide insights on prospective influence of new technologies
• Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required
• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or enterprise application development roles
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Java and JEE technologies for enterprise application development
• At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Management or Team Lead role overseeing software engineering teams
• Must have hands‑on knowledge of full‑stack Java development including Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and relational databases
• Strong experience managing end‑to‑end software delivery life cycles including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Experience in Backstage

• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise Java application development using Spring Boot, Microservices, JEE, RESTful/SOAP Web Services, and full‑stack technologies including ReactJS/AngularJS and PostgreSQL/Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server
• At least 5 years of experience leading and managing cross‑functional software engineering teams of 10+ members in an Agile/Scrum environment, including technical roadmap planning, solution architecture, and stakeholder management
