Salesforce Developer – Architect I – Enterprise Solutions
UST is searching for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable solutions, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and improving overall business processes.
Responsibilities- Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Salesforce tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Strong experience in Apex programming
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Knowledge of Visualforce
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Hands‑on experience with SOQL and SOSL
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
- Knowledge of Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
- Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets)
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, Dev Ops tools, or CI/CD)
- Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Platform Developer I / II - Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with integration tools (Mule Soft, Boomi, etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology
- 3‑8 years of Salesforce development experience
Compensation Range: $109,000–$164,000
Location:
Hybrid – Texas
Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
