Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP developer specialized in Business Workflow to lead cross-functional teams, design and implement complex workflow solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
Location: Plano, TX
Salary Range: $120,000 to $170,000 per annum
Responsibilities- Design, develop and implement SAP Business Workflows, including Standard Workflow (SWDD) and Flexible Workflow for S/4 HANA.
- Configure and maintain events, tasks, workitems, and workflow templates.
- Develop and manage approval processes, multi‑level workflows and custom workflows.
- Perform error handling, debugging and troubleshooting of workflows.
- Develop BRF+ scenarios (pre‑delivered and custom), user exits, BADIS and enhancements.
- Create function modules, classes and methods for workflow logic.
- Implement emails and notifications for workflow tasks.
- Lead a team of junior developers, estimate effort and distribute tasks.
- Translate requirements into technical design and manage stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business users.

- 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP and Business Workflow.
