• Design, implement, and maintain modern, cloud‑native applications and platforms.
• Improve and uphold technical standards for development and operations, including coding standards and departmental best practices.
• Pilot new technologies and adopt emerging ideas from the industry.
• Contribute to team development, including recruiting, mentorship, and promoting Agile best practices.

• Pursuing or achieved a bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology).
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem‑solving, and conceptual skills.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced programming skills or experience in one or more of the following areas:
  Go, Kotlin, Python, Java, Swift, JavaScript, C/C++.

• Masters or advanced degree highly considered.
• 1+ year working with cloud‑based software and services.
• 1+ year of structured software‑development experience using Spring/Spring Boot.
