Technical Lead - Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Docker
Plano, Texas
As a Technical Lead specializing in Java, Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services, and Docker, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying applications using these technologies. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in the design and implementation of Java based applications utilizing Spring Boot framework.
- Architect and deploy scalable and reliable applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform.
- Utilize Docker for containerization to streamline application deployment and manage infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions to meet project objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Docker to drive innovation and efficiency.
Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in Java programming language and Spring Boot framework.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) services and cloud architecture.
- Experience working with Docker containers and container orchestration tools.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and drive results in an agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record of delivering successful software projects using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Docker.

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional preferred.
- Maximum Salary (US): 138000
- Minimum Salary (US): 82000
