• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, based on information gathered from workshops and interviews with client stakeholders.
• Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality.
• Develop critical and complex software applications and work with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications.
• Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure and introduction of new software applications to ensure efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions.
• Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents, and establish monitoring protocols.
• Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams to secure successful execution of projects.
• Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee systematic recording and availability of vital information.
• Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and providing insights on the prospective influence of new technologies.
• Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps based on an understanding of client business needs.
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications for the successful delivery of proposed solutions.

• Full-stack software engineering with proficiency in Java and Angular.
• Python programming proficiency.
• Experience building and scaling applications on AWS.
• Experience with AWS core services such as EC2, SNS, SQS, Lambda, and Cloud Watch.
• Experience and good knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, and Angular.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and test automation frameworks.
• Experience with Git Lab and Terraform.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (three years of progressive experience may substitute for one year of education).
• Position may require relocation and/or travel to the work/project location.
