Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full‑stack systems to deliver solutions that meet regulatory obligations. Share your passion for staying current on tech trends, experimenting with new technologies, engaging in internal and external technology communities, mentoring peers, and sometimes writing or reviewing code.

Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud‑based solutions that provide powerful experiences for millions of Americans. Utilize programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Type Script, Go, SQL, Python, HTML, and CSS. Use Open Source RDBMS and No

SQL databases, container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS tools and services.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply)
• At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)

• Master’s Degree
• 9+ years of experience in at least one of:
  JavaScript, Java, Type Script, or Go
• 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
• 4+ years of experience in open‑source frameworks
• 2+ years of experience with Agile practices
• Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity beyond basic code completion

Salaries (Plano, TX): $209,000 – $238,500 (full‑time). Salary ranges vary by location. This role is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
