Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud‑native technologies.
  • Implement complex architecture in collaboration with enterprise architects, contributing actively to development efforts.
  • Work with stakeholders in Agile environments to align technical solutions with business priorities.
  • Bring structure to ambiguous requirements through sound engineering judgment and initiative.
  • Own critical components, driving performance, reliability, and long‑term maintainability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and elevate team standards through code reviews and technical leadership.
  • Uphold best practices in testing, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring quality and scalability.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proven experience in software development with a solid technical foundation—relevant experience in Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, REST API, real‑time streaming architectures, micro‑services architecture patterns.
  • Proven experience delivering cloud‑native applications on AWS or other major cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) and event‑driven architecture in real‑world systems.
  • Solid background in microservices and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions), version control, and Dev Ops tooling.
  • Experience with relational and No

    SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Document DB.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and deployment automation.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Cloud Watch.
  • Full ownership mindset—writing, testing, and validating your own code to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across architecture, engineering, and product teams.

    Experience working in Fin Tech or other highly regulated, enterprise‑scale environments.
