Job Title: UI/UX Salesforce Developer (Figma)
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced UI/UX Salesforce Developer with strong Figma expertise to join our team supporting TechM/AT&T in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience designing modern, user-centric interfaces and implementing them within the Salesforce platform using Lightning technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Design intuitive and responsive UI/UX for Salesforce applications using Figma
. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Build reusable UI components while following Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
- 6+ years of UI/UX and Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
. - Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
- Experience with REST APIs and Salesforce integrations.
- Knowledge of UX research, wire framing, and design systems.
