Role Overview We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join a team responsible for building and designing capabilities across enterprise applications. This role involves partnering with Product Owners and technical leads to implement enhancements and ensure the delivery of high-quality code solutions in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Product Owners, UX team, and technical leads to implement enhancements across four internally developed applications.
* Contribute to story refinement, define requirements, and participate in story estimation.
* Code solutions and perform unit tests to meet acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
* Assist the team with resolving technical complexities.
* Contribute to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze reports, and triage issues.
* Document and communicate information for deployment, maintenance, and support.
* Participate in and contribute to delivery and release events, including branching, pull requests, and issue triage.

Required Qualifications
*
* Experience:

*** 5+ years of web development experience.
* 5+ years of experience designing and implementing medium or large enterprise-level applications and software systems.
* 1-2 years of SQL Server development experience, including strong T-SQL and complex stored procedure development.
** Technical

Skills:

*** JavaScript, C#, , Web Forms, jQuery, and Bootstrap Framework.
* Experience with MVC and API Frameworks.
* Experience creating and configuring web services.
* Proficiency with Git/Bitbucket source control.
* Experience working in an agile environment using Jira.

Preferred Qualifications
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Comfortable working independently on the frontend.
* Knowledge of ADA/accessibility standards (AA and AAA).
