We are seeking an experiencedAIEngineer–EAIto join our Business Support team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience inAIengineering, Generative AI, LLMs, agent frameworks, rapid prototyping, andAIresearch. This role involves researching emergingAItechnologies, building proof-of-concept solutions, developing GenAI workflows and agentic systems, evaluatingAImodels and frameworks, and collaborating withengineeringteams to transition prototypes into scalable production-ready solutions.

• AIResearch & Emerging Technology Exploration
• Research advancements inAI/ML with a focus on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), agent frameworks, and multimodalAIsystems.
• Evaluate emergingAItools, frameworks, and APIs including ChatGPT, Git Hub Copilot, Lang Chain, Lang Smith, CrewAI, vector databases, RAG frameworks, orchestration tools, and model hosting platforms.
• Identify opportunities to leverageAItechnologies to solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
• Rapid Prototyping &AIDevelopment
• Build rapid prototypes using Python,AISDKs, and model APIs.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions and experimentalAIapplications.
• Design, develop, test, and iterateAIworkflows, agentic systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) applications, andAIpipelines.
• Technical Experimentation & Evaluation
• Conduct model benchmarking, evaluation, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning experiments.
• CompareAImodels, frameworks, and architectures to determine the most effective solutions.
• Document experiments, performance metrics, technical findings, reproducible code samples, and recommendations.
• Engineering Collaboration
• Work closely withengineeringteams to transition prototypes into scalable production solutions.
• Provide recommendations related to architecture, infrastructure, model deployment, and operationalization.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and data scientists to alignAIinitiatives with business objectives.

• Stay current with industry trends, academic research, open-sourceAIdevelopments, and emerging technologies.
• Present technical findings, demonstrations, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• PromoteAIinnovation through workshops, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience inAIEngineering, Research Engineering, Machine Learning Prototyping, or related roles.
• Strong programming experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with Tensor Flow and PyTorch.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Lang Chain, Lang Smith, CrewAI, Vector Databases, and modern GenerativeAIframeworks.
• Experience building Proof of Concepts (POCs), prototypes, and experimentalAIapplications.

• Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, AzureAI, AWS Bedrock, and relatedAIecosystems.
• Familiarity with Git Hub Copilot, GPT-based coding assistants, and MLOps workflows.
• Experience with model evaluation frameworks, API integrations, parameter tuning, and model experimentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to translate advancedAIresearch into practical business solutions.
