Sailpoint Developer

- Plano, TX Duration- 6 Months Contract Title
- SailPoint Developer We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Developer to support the Cyber Line of Business – Access Management Team. This role is focused on hands-on SailPoint development and integration work, supporting ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong engineer with deep SailPoint expertise and solid programming fundamentals, capable of contributing day-to-day through coding and technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint solutions and integrations
Perform hands-on development and engineering work within Sail Point
Support access management initiatives and ongoing BAU operations
Collaborate with internal teams to implement and enhance identity solutions
Review existing code and participate in technical discussions and troubleshooting
Ensure solutions align with security and access management standards

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint development (mandatory)
Proven experience with SailPoint integrations
Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
Proficiency in Java and general programming principles
Experience reviewing and understanding code (no live coding required during interview)
Familiarity with databases, APIs, and related technologies is a plus

Nice-to-Have Skills

SQL and database knowledge
Experience working in large enterprise environments
Additional programming or scripting experience.
