Iprime Info Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Android Developer with strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of the Android ecosystem to build advanced, scalable applications.
Required Skills- 8+ years of experience in Android application development
- Strong hands‑on experience with Kotlin, Java, and the Android SDK
- Strong experience with Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices (including Jetpack Compose and XML)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and connecting Android applications to back‑end services
- Deep understanding of architectural patterns like MVVM, MVP, and Clean Architecture
- Experience with offline storage, threading, Coroutines, and performance tuning
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows
- Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and integrating third‑party APIs
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications for the Android platform
- Work closely with product management, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to deliver cohesive features
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and memory usage
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, crashes, and bugs
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in code reviews
- Oversee the application release process on the Google Play Store
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Android trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
