Our client is seeking a Software Developer – AI & Automation to join their team in Plano, TX. This role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating AI-powered solutions and automation technologies that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on software developer with strong experience in Python, Flask, REST APIs, React, SQL/Snowflake, Azure AI technologies, RPA, and Microsoft Power Automate. You’ll work across backend development, frontend applications, data, AI, automation, and modern deployment practices to turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Contract Duration: 12 – 24 Months Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands‑on experience with Python, Flask, Pandas, JSON, and React.
Experience developing backend applications and RESTful APIs using Flask and Python.
Strong knowledge of SQL and/or Snowflake, including structured data and data pipelines.
Experience with Azure AI Foundry, including Azure OpenAI and Azure Document Intelligence.
Hands‑on experience developing AI-powered or automation-based solutions.
Experience with RPA and Microsoft Power Automate.
Experience with Docker and application containerization.
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Strong understanding of software development best practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
