Job Description We are seeking an AI + SQE Automation Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI-enabled quality engineering, test automation frameworks, Dev Sec Ops  CI/CD, and observability, and a proven ability to architect enterprise-wide testing capabilities that enhance reliability, reduce risk, and accelerate delivery. Responsibilities:
Define and maintain the enterprise Quality Engineering architecture strategy, standards, patterns, and roadmap. Architect scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, performance, resiliency, accessibility, and end-to-end testing. Design AI-enabled capabilities for test design acceleration, asset generation, regression optimization, defect prediction, and quality insights. Establish patterns for AI-assisted test impact analysis, dependency mapping, and regression scope identification across complex portfolios. Develop reusable platforms, services, and accelerators to standardize testing practices across teams.

Embed continuous testing and quality gates within Dev Sec Ops  and CI/CD ecosystems. Define data quality validation architectures for business rules, controls testing, compliance, and audit readiness. Design observability and telemetry frameworks using logs, monitoring, and user analytics to identify quality risks proactively. Lead dependency analysis and architecture reviews across applications, APIs, cloud services, repositories, pipelines, and downstream systems. Establish governance and human-in-the-loop validation for AI-generated test assets.

Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Development, Cybersecurity, and Product teams for alignment with standards. Evaluate emerging AI-powered QE technologies and recommend strategic investments. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to QE and engineering teams. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Expertise in Quality Engineering architecture and test automation framework design, with Selenium as a must-have. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python, plus SQL and data validation. Hands-on experience with Git/Bitbucket and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops.

Experience with API testing tools and log analysis or monitoring solutions. Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot. Background in Dev Sec Ops  CI/CD architecture, cloud-native applications, microservices, and systems integration. Strong analytical skills with experience in defect management and root cause analysis within Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred

Skills:

Test impact analysis, dependency graph analysis, and AI-powered test maintenance. Self-healing automation frameworks and observability or telemetry analysis.

Experience with Open Telemetry, Splunk, or equivalent monitoring platforms. LLM and agent-based testing approaches. Cloud and container fundamentals, Kubernetes, and Dev Ops concepts.
