We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer – Mule Soft to design, develop, and lead enterprise integration solutions using the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform
. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API-led connectivity, system integrations, application architecture, and technical leadership
.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Mule Soft integration solutions.

• Architect and implement API-led connectivity using the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform.

• Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs
  , integrations, and microservices.

• Design integrations between cloud and on-premises applications, databases, and third-party systems.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Mule Soft developers and integration teams.

• Define integration standards, development best practices, and governance frameworks.

• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and production issues.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Support deployment, monitoring, performance tuning, and production support of Mule Soft applications.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery activities.

• Mentor junior developers and integration engineers.

• Drive technical discussions, solution design reviews, and architecture decisions.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage technical risks, dependencies, and escalations.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
  , with 5+ years of hands-on Mule Soft development experience
  .

• Strong expertise in Mule Soft Anypoint Platform
  , including:

  • API Manager

  • Runtime Manager

  • Exchange

  • Cloud Hub

• Strong experience with API design, development, and management using REST and SOAP.

• Proficiency in:

  • Data Weave

  • Mule Flows

  • Mule Soft Connectors

  • Integration Patterns

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Java

  • XML

  • JSON

  • RAML

  • API security standards

• Experience integrating enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Service Now
  , or similar systems.

• Experience with
  CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Dev Ops practices
  .

• Experience with at least one major cloud platform:
  AWS, Azure, or GCP
  .

• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Mule Soft Certified Developer and/or Mule Soft Certified Integration Architect.

• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS
  .

• Experience with
  Docker and Kubernetes
  .

• Experience with enterprise architecture and integration governance.

• Experience driving integration standards and technical best practices.

Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred:

• Financial Services

• Retail

• Healthcare

• Manufacturing

Knowledge of AI-enabled integrations and automation platforms is a plus.
