We are seeking a seasoned AI-Enabled Quality Engineering Architect to define and drive the architecture, engineering strategy, and technology roadmap for next-generation quality engineering capabilities. This role is focused on designing scalable, intelligent test ecosystems that leverage AI-assisted development, automation platforms, and predictive quality engineering practices. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic leader responsible for architecting enterprise-wide testing capabilities that improve software reliability and accelerate delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Define and maintain the enterprise Quality Engineering architecture strategy, standards, and technology roadmap.
- Architect scalable automation frameworks supporting UI, API, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.
- Design AI-enabled quality engineering capabilities that accelerate test design, asset generation, and quality insights.
- Establish architecture patterns for AI-assisted test impact analysis and application dependency mapping.
- Develop reusable quality engineering platforms, services, and accelerators.
- Architect continuous testing and quality gates within Dev Sec Ops and CI/CD ecosystems.
- Define data quality validation architectures to support business rules and compliance requirements.
- Design observability and telemetry frameworks to identify quality risks proactively.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Application Development, and Cybersecurity teams.
- Evaluate emerging AI-powered quality engineering technologies and recommend strategic investments.
Technical
Skills:
- Proficiency in Selenium for test automation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
- Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Experience with API testing tools and log analysis or monitoring tools.
Competencies:
- Enterprise Solution Architecture and Quality Engineering Architecture.
- Test Automation Framework Design and Dev Sec Ops CI/CD Architecture.
- Cloud-Native Application Architecture and API Microservices Architecture.
- Observability Telemetry Engineering and Systems Integration Dependency Mapping.
- Test Impact Analysis and Dependency Graph Analysis.
- Experience with AI-Powered Test Maintenance and Self-Healing Automation Frameworks.
- Knowledge of Open Telemetry, Splunk, or equivalent monitoring platforms.
- Familiarity with LLM and Agent-Based Testing.
- Understanding of Cloud and Container fundamentals, including Kubernetes.
