Terradyne Group LLC is a leading Erosion Control and Full SWPPP Compliance company with over 30 years of experience in the DFW area. We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Construction Driver/Laborer. Our reputation is built on honesty, integrity, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service, and we are committed to providing a safe, professional and satisfying work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Daily laborer and operation of a 1‑ton truck with a variety of trailers (mainly 18' pipe rail and 18' dump trailer) to deliver materials, supplies, equipment, and personnel.
- Load/unload bulk materials and heavy supplies from the dispatch yard, using light machinery like Skid Steers, Laymor Sweepers, and small Tractors (training can be provided).
- Work as a laborer at the job site, either independently or as part of a crew.
- Inspect trucks, trailers, and machinery for safety concerns daily and report any non‑safe observations to management.
- Safely transport crew workers, tools, machines, and supplies from job site to job site (approximately 60‑80 miles per day).
- Assist the laborers in the field while on the job.
- Must have a valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions (rain, sun, cold, heat).
- Must be willing to be both a driver and laborer.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to walk on uneven terrain.
- Must be willing to work long 10‑hour days and follow company health and safety rules.
- May be required to pass a drug screening test.
- Spanish language skills a plus, but not required.
- CDL license is NOT required.

Full‑time
Schedule8‑10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed.
