The Logistics Coordinator manages maintenance, condition, and cost of fleet vehicles and pest control equipment, ensuring preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and financial reporting.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance for all fleet vehicles.
• Track and follow up on issues identified during weekly vehicle walk‑around inspections.
• Oversee repair and upkeep of pest control equipment.
• Communicate and schedule services with vendors, shops, and external providers.
• Maintain documentation on vehicle and equipment condition.
• Compile and deliver maintenance logs, inspection summaries, and compliance updates.
• Ensure service professionals complete weekly inspections.
• Track and reconcile invoices for maintenance and repairs; assist with basic financial analysis.
• Manage and respond to emergency situations such as breakdowns or accidents.
• Cross‑train and assist team members across other logistics functions.

• High School degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in fleet or equipment logistics, vendor coordination, or maintenance tracking (preferred).
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software interfaces.
• Ability to interpret and track financial information such as invoices and cost repairs.
• Positive, energetic personality suited to a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong time‑management and prioritization skills for multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and a supportive attitude.
• Good understanding of Excel.
